Federal Acquisition Institute’s (FAI) Federal Acquisition Certifications
FAI is responsible for Federal civilian agency workforce development. FAI is charged through OFPP and OMB with responsibility for development and oversight of the implementation of civilian agency certification programs, including one for contracting personnel referred to as the FAC-C, one for technical personnel called FAC-COR, and one for project and program managers called FAC-P/PM. The National Contract Management Association (NCMA)
