We use Adobe Connect Pro as our primary virtual classroom platform. However, depending on your needs, we can also accommodate groups using Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

The number of people in a group training varies depending on the course content, activities, and exercises. Our Learning Development team designs every course with the optimum learning experience in mind, which can impact group sizing. Reach out to our sales team to determine the best class size to support your professional development needs.

Once you schedule a class with us through your business development manager, they will email you a confirmation letter and introduce you to your dedicated client engagement manager (CEM). Your CEM will assist with the important logistics for a successful training delivery.

To ensure a quality participant experience, Management Concepts offers multiple layers of support to each of our virtual participants, including:

• Virtual instructors who have completed training on best practices for virtual instruction and training on the virtual delivery platform
• A producer assigned to every virtual class to assist students
• A technical helpdesk to quickly handle any technical issues such as access to the virtual classroom or password resets
• A customer service team available during normal business hours can resolve any issues in the event the technical helpdesk is busy

Our options for group training payment are funding documentation (SF-182 or Purchase Request) that we can invoice against 30 days prior to the training or a Government Purchase Card (GPC) that we can charge prior to or after training or after based on your direction.

Yes! We deliver in-person training to over 200+ locations globally on an annual basis. If your facility has training space with an appropriate setup for adult learning, we can come to you.
